With any purchase of a Farm Works solution, support is **FREE within the 1st 30 DAYS of purchase** – a completed USP with signed Direct Debit agreement is required thereafter.

Update Service Plan includes:

1. Update to the latest version that will be mailed to you on CD
2. 1 Year of telephone and e-mail support
3. Free updates through downloads on the website until the next major version is released

N.B. The period of free telephone, email, broadband support and software updates has changed from 1 year to 30 days.

Free support commences on day of delivery. Farm Works use Next Day Delivery - window of receipt is given as 2 days after dispatch. Where dispatch is on a Friday, delivery is assumed to be the following Monday.

There is no additional charge if your USP is active; for all purchases from 1st Jan 2009 with an expired USP where the customer wishes to upgrade to the latest version, a renewal fee of £60 each year of missed updates will be incurred.
