Farm Works Europe Support

Farm Works provide support in a number of ways.

Call the Farm Works support line on 01786 465100. We are available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM  Monday through Friday and we will help you at no charge.

Farm Works also offer a subscription support plan which includes:

1. after 'office hours' support via telephone, email and fax
2. remote assistance via Citrix - www.gotomeeting.com
3. 'off site' back up via email to the Farm Works server
4. free software version upgrades containing the latest features

Updates

Are you using the latest version?
Check news and newsletters to see what is in the latest version and what it can do for you. Subscribing to our product support package entitles you to free updates as they become available.

Training

Farm Works offer on-site training throughout the UK.

All Farm Works packages are reviewed in detail in these classes. Additionally, upcoming program features and new programs will be discussed. Instructors will also assist with individual questions.

Advanced classes focus on commonly asked questions encountered by users who have used the software for at least one year. Hands-on classes feature exercises for participants to do in class.

Maps and Demos

Updated demos of the Farm Works suite products are now available.

Farm Works can also provide mapping information services for your desktop projects.
