GOTOASSIST

Farm Works can remotely connect desktop computers over broadband using GoToAssist. We can also conduct online demonstrations in this way.

WEB-BASED TRAINING

Farm Works' US office also offers several web-based training sessions. Our hope is that this service will enhance your abilities to better utilise our software. These sessions will allow you to work from your home or office and get the specific training you need.

When you sign up for a web-based training class you will be sent an e-mail with a link to a website and a phone number. By clicking on the link and dialling the phone number, you will be able to hear the instructor and see their computer screen as they go through training on the different aspects of Farm Works. The classes will follow a set outline with some time at the end for questions and answers.

The cost of the training is $50.00 (approximately £25) each or 3 for $100.00 (approximately £50). The class size is limited to 10 users per session. The phone call is a long distance call, so your typical long distance phone costs will also apply. Each session will last 1 hour, and you must have a high-speed internet connection.
